Hakone Elecasa Hotel and Spa

Complementary bus services at Hakone was a blessing. Staff were amazing and the views and amenities were fantastic.

המלון ממוקם גבוה על צלע ההר. החדר, גם הפשוט יותר, נוח ומרווח והנוף של ההרים ממול והצמחייה מסביב קסום. יש אונסן פרטי נפלא שניתן להזמין פעם ביום בשעות הערב, בבוקר השימוש בו ללא הזמנה. האונסן הציבורי הנפרד יפה ומאובזר. מכיוון שבהרבה חדרים יש אמבט אונסן במרפסת הציבורי היה ריק כל פעם שעברתי שם והחדר הפרטי היה פנוי בכל פעם שרצינו. ארוחות שף בסגנון מערבי מיוחדות מאוד. יקר אבל מפנק בהתאם. הנוף ממסעדת המלון פנורמי. גולת הכותרת של המלון הזה הוא הצוות. אם היה אפשר לתת ציון גבוה מעשר הצוות הזה ראוי לו בכל מובן. קל להגיע לכל מקום מתחנת גורה ולשם קל להגיע עם השאטל

המלון ממוקם הרחק למעלה בהר. מתחנת גורה צריך לרדת את ההר ולעלות על ההר ממול בדרכים צרות ומפותלות. אל תנסו ללכת את זה. בטח לא עם מזוודות. יש שאטל מעולה של המלון מנקודת איסוף צמודה לתחנת הרכבת, צריך להגיע לשם לפני 17:00 ואפשר לתקשר את שעת ההגעה עם הצוות דרך בוקינג גם בזמן השהייה. הצוות יוצא מן הכלל גם בזה

The staff was excellent and very efficient. The hotel is clean, spacious, and comfortable. I really loved the spa, especially the variety of treatments offered at the spa and high level & professional. Also, the onson was great. The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, so a car is necessary. We rented a car and really enjoyed our stay.

The meals were meticulously prepared by top chefs. Delicious and beautifully presented. I did struggle to eat the 7 courses for dinner and 5 courses for breakfast, but it was a special experience in a beautiful dining setting. Wait staff were also very professional. The room and premises were beautiful and comfortable and staff were incredibly helpful. Our stay was very restful which is what we needed. We also had a fabulous massage and would be happy to recommend this service. Thanks Hotel Elecasa!

The staff were absolutely wonderful. The view from our room was beautiful. We adored the in-room onsen. The vibe was peaceful and relaxing. The food was delicious!

The staff were wonderful. The ONLY thing that was not exceptional was that the wine pours at dinner were a little stingy. Literally, that's all I could possibly critique.

Very big rooms, great view, amazing onsen experience and great service.

Not easy to locate if you follow Google maps and decide to walk up especially in rain with luggage. Make sure to either call them for a shuttle or following the drive route on Google maps.
