Brudna Podłoga pleśni pod prysznicem włosy na łóżku brak papieru Toaletowego brak worków na śmieci brak room serwisu popękane ściany Dziura w drzwiach nieszczelne drzwi wejściowe windy na które czekało się 30 min brak recepcji w recepcji kompletnie nic nie wiedzieli na temat wynajmowanego pokoju trzeba było zajść na jakieś piętro na górze do jakiegoś dewelopera żeby się dowiadywać o swój pokój myślałem że wynajmuje pokój w hotelu że to organizuje hotel hotel jest właścicielem okazało się że najemcą jest jakiś podjemca gdzie po prostu nie wiem kto chce Mieszkać w takich warunkach które tam są. Brak siłowni brak pralki brak basenu brak stołówki brak wszystkiego co było wypisane w wyposażeniu i usługach. Jeszcze w dodatku przed samym przyjazdem do lokalu jakieś dziwne wiadomości które po prostu zniechęcają i dbają o to by martwić się o swoje zdrowie bądź życie. Nieustające prace budowlane w budynku i dookoła niego. Nie chce mi się już rozmawiać na ten temat ja się cieszę że po prostu ten wypad się skończył i będę musiał po nim jeszcze raz dodatkowo odpocząć.

This property is a complete scam. We stayed in this apartment for two weeks and it was the worst travel decision of my life. Everyone in Georgia knows Orbi apartments are a scam, yet somehow the reviews are glowing. It’s clear something isn’t adding up. Only cash payment is allowed and that’s just the start of all the problems you’ll have if you stay here. The apartment itself is cheap and poorly maintained. It is nothing like the images on booking.com. Do not expect a nice, clean, well-designed apartment. Many of the essential amenities promised in the description are not available. The apartment is disgustingly dirty with no cleaning supplies and no cleaner during the entire stay. I got bites from bugs in the bed even though I cleaned the apartment myself, with my own supplies. No toilet paper or soap will be refilled. You must wash your own sheets and towels with the detergent that you buy yourself. The curtains don’t even cover the windows and fall easily. The bed wasn’t even made when we arrived. There are no property trash bins, so you have to carry all garbage away from the property site and find street bins. The property is a giant high rise with an alarmingly few number of elevators. It took us up to an hour to leave our hotel each day and return each night. My friend was on crutches, and she was pushed and shoved in the lift and forced to stand for long amounts of time with no space. The corridors and elevators are extremely hot. Everything about this place is dirty and extremely uncomfortable at best, unsafe and dangerous at worst. The property will not respond to issues- not in person, over whatsapp, or on booking.com. Because they require cash payment, it’s easy for them to ignore you when you need help and refuse a refund. They will not fix problems even when personal safety is involved. Even booking.com didn’t respond after my multiple efforts to reach out to them to help solve this issue. It seems booking.
