King apartments in Orbi city

Le vrai (et seul) point positif de l’hébergement est son emplacement. Idéalement situé près de la plage et de la corniche, le Grand Mall est à quelques minutes de marche. La vue depuis le balcon est sympathique. Le prix est très correct.

L’organisation est un vrai désastre: n’attendez pas à la réception au rez-de-chaussée car il faut plutôt monter dans un bureau au 15eme étage. Prévoyez du cash car ils ne prennent pas la carte bancaire. Le temps d’attente des ascenseurs est incroyable, je n’ai jamais vu ça ! La résidence est surpeuplée de monde, la gestion est chaotique. L’appartement est vieillot, les équipements rouillés, l’électricité prend plusieurs longues minutes à s’activer, ce n’est pas de tout confort mais pour quelques jours ça fait l’affaire. C’est vraiment dommage car la résidence a un réel potentiel.

unfortunately this property/booking is a scam. You can not check in via reception, but have to call the owner of the apartment (who didn’t reply for 45 mins), while reception is unable and unwilling to help. The advertised swimming pool, private beach, fitness etc. just doesn’t exist, an employee even confirmed to us that it was a scam. The rooms don’t look like the photos provided, the electricity in the room only works after manually overriding the fuse box (as per the owners instructions). The bathroom smells horrible. There was hair on the pillows and in the sink. Even though booked for 3 people there was only one set of bedding. The property owner only accepts cash (again without any previous warning).
