Contemporary 2 bedroom apartment in limerick city

Location was good for central Limerick The basic concept of the apartment was good and reasonably spacious for 2 guests

There were numerous indications of poor management. There were electrical and plumbing faults, which were potentially dangerous I left a list of 16 items that could improve the property, some at no cost, some requiring moderate cost, and some needing professional input. The description says 'recently renovated', but the standard of workmanship was quite poor. Provision of crockery, cutlery and utensils sparce and poor quality (apart from 6 champagne flutes!) One reasonable king size double bed with good access, one standard double bed with a mediocre mattress and poor access

Convenient location, spacious and clean. Raised the rating from poor to fair.

1 bedside cabinet for 2 double bedrooms? Mirrors propped up against the walls, not attached? 2 wide-screen tvs on cabinets in the lounge area? No thought given to what a holiday apartment should look like and provide.

Location is walking distance to many restaurants and pubs. On site parking was a plus. Host was very responsive answering questions.

The Location is amazing very close to the city centre. Very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The host Caroline was super friendly and accommodating.

Great location, u can walk to local pubs and eateries. Parking is a bonus it is also quiet with no street noise.

It could have been cleaner, only the central parts of the floor was swept. There was stuff left in the washing machine and also in the dryer. No tea towels . Bedroom curtain didn't fully close so daylight streams in .
