Contemporary 2 bedroom apartment in limerick city

Very good location and very friendly owner and secure parking

Host lovely very friendly. Bed comfortable sheets clean

Cleanliness- bathroom bin not emptied - kitchen bin not emptied. Butter in fridge gone off. Smell of smoke. Shower door fell off while someone in shower toilet seat slid off.lamp in bedroom ripped

Facilities were good and a great location.

One shouldn’t have items in the clothes dryer when letting guests, who have waited on the footpath for an extended period of time, into the accommodation. The accommodation should be clean and not have half drunken bottles of water or butter that looked like it had been to war. Also if you live in the place then p,ease advise of this as a freezer full of different food items was also off putting. The clincher though. Please make sure that guests are not to park vehicles directly under the accommodation or they will also need to find a caretaker to let them out and to make sure to use the swipe card on the way in or you will be stuck

Apartment was spotless clean and had everything you could think of for a comfortable stay , kitchen was well equipped as where the bathrooms and bedrooms. Bed very comfortable and clean , meeting the host was straight forward communication was very good

Host met us and walked us to property, gave us suggestions of places to eat and drink.

Last minute booking but communication was limited so we ended up not staying

Great apartment, 2 really comfy beds, location was really central and the host gave us a parking pass so we had free parking. The apartment was spotless and really modern, and some treats and toiletries were left for us which was a lovely touch! Host was super welcoming and really helpful. Great value apartment, would absolutely stay here again!

The property was extremely clean and both beds were very comfortable. There was a lot of space in the apartment.

The only thing I would mark down about the property is the location where it is. We were nervous walking back to it after a night out but it is in the heart of the city.

The location was quite central and hosts were friendly and accomodating with an earlier check-in.

The apartment had a really strong, stale smell which was really unpleasant. The shower was also quirky to get working and the place didn’t feel very clean at all. The whole building was also quite tired and run down.
