Fact that someone else access my room, although in error

The heating and hot water were great

The building smells damp as soon as you walk in. The room was too small with the double bed in the corner, no where to sit, no desk either. Wardrobe with cheap wire hangers. The TV was not facing the bed, I hit my head on the TV every time I went to the bathroom. New kitchen but poor or non-existent kitchen wares in, no cutlery, it didnt instill me to cook.

Room was small, no toilet papers and duvet was ripped. Blinds are faulty and hot water wasn’t available

It was dirty. Dirty walls, dirty bedding, dirty floor, holes in bathroom wall. Didn’t provide towels for the amount of people that were booked. Dirty coffee mug left from Previous stay!

Room was lovely and big and the bathroom was clean and had a fantastic shower. The bed was really comfortable

Nothing about the property that I didn’t like but I had to chase the check in information and someone knocked on our room at 7:10am to get a jacket they had left in the room wardrobe.

There was a strong smell of cannabis soon as walked through the front door. Right through the night was loud music and shouting in the other rooms. I was supposed to be there 2 nights packed up and went to premier in after the first night. Tried to contact the property but no response
