Secret House Boutique Hoi An

Beautiful stay at Secret House Boutique, loved everything, the staff the room the comfy bed the view of the rice fields and cycling the area exploring & finding little cafes, beaches & shops, a truly lovely relaxing time away.

Room was absolutely beautiful and spotless (I found the decor very tasteful and liked the artwork on the walls), and massive walk in shower- definitely the nicest I’ve stayed in during my 3 months travelling. bed was so comfy, with a big tv, the hotel is a lovely villa with a massive pool, staff very friendly and helpful e.g. brought my rucksack up to my room for me when I’d forgotten it.

The location is a little out of the way of Hoi An old quarter. You can get a grab for pretty cheap though. It’s kind of right in between the beach and the centre. It doesn’t really include breakfast - and you have to order in advance, you can’t just wander down and buy it, which we weren’t expecting.

The hotel was beautiful. We loved the out of town location and enjoyed using Grab bikes to go across the fields. Hoi An is so frantically busy that we were grateful for the peace of this hotel's location. The room was lovely, cool and very stylish. Everything was well built and designed. The bathroom fittings showed the excellent taste of the owner. Staff were friendly and helpful, even giving me some ginger for my cough.

The pool was chilly. The lighting in the room would be improved by reading lights beside the bed. Thecurrent bulbs were too dim to read by. The 'DO NOT' signs jarred a bit eg please DO NOT waste water/DO NOT put paper in the toilet. We didn't really need the shouting capitals.

Amazing location in the rice fields. Receptionists were kind; one of them even drove out by motorcycle just to get the ingredients to prepare my breakfast. Really serene and peaceful surroundings. Room facilities were excellent and bathroom was really nice.

I liked almost everything. Maybe the pool could be slightly warmer.

Absolutely everything. The location, the staff, the room, views of rice paddies, art gallery next door. Coming back for sure 🌻

Nothing to dislike

Minh, Hong and Phung were incredible hosts - this place really exceeded our expectations! The room was super comfortable, with a huge bathroom and kitchen with everything you could need. The onsite coffee shop, places to chill, swimming pool and being right on the rice paddies is all just a huge bonus. Just down the road (walking distance) you have a coworking spot, a bunch of coffee spots and some small restaurants, a badminton/pickleball court and a really good yoga spot (Om Day). The beach is a 8 minute scooter ride and you can be in the old time in the same time!

Very new & comfortable. All stylish as the owner is an artist and also presents his works in the property. Loved the Vietnamese breakfast that you could book in addition. TrueType lovely people!!! Amazing coffee bar - just loved everything about this place!

Nothing - all was just more than perfect. Would come back tomorrow.

Beautiful location next to rice fields. Very peaceful. We extended our stay because of staff, location and Minh, the owner.
