Me gustó la hospitalidad de Cecile, ella siempre estuvo al pendiente de mi y mi familia. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la playa, de lugares para comer, y de la 5ta avenida. El Internet era excelente, y el alojamiento tenía todas las comodidades.

No hay nada que no me haya gustado.

"Super Location und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin"

Das Zimmer (inklusive Bad) befindet sich in Ceciles Haus und man lebt mit ihr unter einem Dach. Das stört aber überhaupt nicht, da sie eine super freundliche Gastgeberin ist, die auch jederzeit mit Tipps weiterhilft. Dadurch wird der Aufenthalt etwas authentischer als in den großen Hotelanlagen. Die Lage ist sicher und zentral, das Zimmer ist sauber. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Cecile.

"Super Aufenthalt mit sehr herzlicher Host! Wir empfehlen es weiter!"

Sehr liebe Besitzerin, man wohnt unter einem Dach mit ihr, das Zimmer ist quasi in ihrem Haus, man muss durch das Wohnzimmer nach oben zum Zimmer, was aber total entspannt war. Kühlschrank vorhanden und etwas Geschirr, man kann sich Tee und Kaffee machen und wir konnten gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis Wäsche waschen, ansonsten 2 min zum Pool und ca. 10min zu Fuß zum Strand Playacar.

Eigentlich alles super, der Fußweg in die Stadt hat uns am Ende etwas genervt (es sind ca. 10min zur Ferry bzw. Anfang der touristischen Straße)

"Super Stay in great neighborhood!"

Very friendly host - super easy to communicate, excellent location - 5 mins to 5th avenue and about 15 mins to a super nice beach. Very safe environment and a super nice garden behind the house. Everything super clean! In my opinion the best place to stay in playa del Carmen 😁

"Green, relaxing, clean with a faraway beach"

The property itself is very green, relaxing, and quiet. A/C was working well. The house and the room were very clean. Parked in the driveway. Beach chairs and umbrella were high quality and available.

As of now (March 2025) access to the beach is difficult. You can get to a small one via a 10-min walk along iffy foot paths or go to a larger beach via a 20-min walk. The main Playacar beach is not accessible without an extra pass. Basically, don't count on a beach nearby.
