"peace, clean, safe and close to all the action"

Close to the center, but far enough to have peace. A lot of nature around, it is stunning to walk around there. And Maya ruins to walk through. Waking up with bird sounds and those Mexican "capybaras" walking around, the peace while having my morning coffee. Good chats with the host and her guests.

I am not a fan of gated communities, but It does make it very clean and safe.

"Clean and nice house with a super helpful owner, close to the beach&ferry."

Very nice owner from Canada, she gave us good tips where to go what to do. She gave us beach towels to use. We could refill our empty water bottles from her big water tank. She always made home made banana muffins for breakfast. It has a very good location, cca 7 mins walk to the beach and center of Playa Del Carmen and to the ferry which takes you to Cozumel.

For breakfast there were only sweet things: banana muffin, fruits, toast with jam an cereal. Some eggs or cheese would have been nice.

Our host Cecile was really friendly and we enjoyed having breakfast with her, we loved staying in this place we fully recommend it.
