Tropical Indian Rocks Beach Suite A

The room and process of checking in and out was awesome.The room was very clean and nicely set up. Short walk to the beach which is very kid friendly when with the kids or grandkids are coming along. This environment is very laid back and I highly recommend both the rental company and this particular section of beaches at Indian rocks Beach.

The location was perfect.

It wasn't very clean when we got there. We found bugs in the kitchen and hair and sand/dirt in the bathroom. The door knob in the bathroom was broken and kept falling off when you closed the door.

Location, kitchen with all amenities, quiet neighborhood.

Cleanliness of the room was poor, dirty panty left behind in the closet rack, trash in top of the fridge, I feel that all the time you’re being monitored, bedroom sliding door not closing apt B next door was empty but people in front of the house was parking all the time in the parking spot,

Quiet neighborhood within a very short walk (5 min.) to the beach. Proper drip coffee maker with starter coffee. Internet strong and stable enough to work. Very cold a/c. Shady deck under majestic oak tree. Around the corner from Kooky Coconuts ice cream shop and beach access. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels available to borrow.

A blanket for cuddling on the couch watching the Roku channels would have been a nice extra.

It was close to the beach. A quick 5 minute walk.

Nothing to “dislike”.

It was in a good location

No outside trash can and a dark walkaway

The location and quietness.

There were two live roaches in the kitchen. and the key pad to get in created a challenge. There was no contact with any Staff while there.and I didn't know it was stairs only.

It’s was very clean and nice. Quiet area with quick access to the beach. Which was never crowded.
