Good facilities and just what we needed

Perfect size for the party.

Oven is not the best

It was a perfect size for our family with plenty of space for everyone. Plenty of bathrooms with a bath for the little one# & plenty of showers. A well equipped kitchen.

Lots of steps & a steep slope outside. We had small children so they couldn’t be outside without plenty of adult supervision

Had ample room for our party Beds were very comfortable. However do need instructions re the heating as 2 x Boilers and the third night it was absolutely roasting and that was with windows wide open .. the snooker room was fab- however did smell very mouldy so we didn’t spend as much time in there as we would have liked and couldn’t open the window to ventilate . Very local into town- 20min walk . Park down the road-5mins. But really enjoyed the stay

Garden wasn’t enclosed as hoped so had to keep dogs on the lead when we let them out- but it wasn’t an issue

The house was great, there were 10 of us and plenty of room to accommodate us all. The walk to town is only 10 minutes and the beach and Torre Abbey 20 minutes. The beds were comfy and the house was warm. We had a great weekend, thank you.

The table is a bit small but we managed to eat and play games around it. The drive at the back is very steep and not advised if you have mobility problems. The recycling box needs to be bigger, also found no food waste bin.

Plenty of space for the 11 of us, 4 couples and 3 very young children. Extra door in hallway separating those with children and those without was amusing, but little noise seemed to come from other rooms anyway, good soundproofing. Was able to be very flexible on departure tine as there was no one coming in that day, This was a great help to us. The 3 year old enjoyed "the ball game", rolling balls into pockets. Good views from some of the rooms, particularly top floor.

Was lovely and warm, perhaps too warm for us, but heating controls not obvious. No issues for us, but contacted owner who indicated they were in the process of replacing the boilers and would leave some written instructions when done. There is plenty of warning about the steep slope from the parking at rear which won't suit some people, but you can walk round to the front by road, which one of us did. Unloading at the front is easier, but not always space available.

The property is spacious, has adequate space for 11 adults and in a good location. The host was lovely despite a mix up with the booking which was resolved quickly.

Slight issue with our booking upon arrival but this was resolved. I would recommend contacting the host a few times before arrival day to ensure no issues with entry.
