"Loved Southwold and particularly the harbour area."

It was smart and clean. It was in a good location.

There was an overwhelming smell of some kind of room spray. It really spoilt our stay as we couldn’t locate it and so couldn’t get rid of it. Had to keep all the windows and door open. My husband ended up sleeping in the other bedroom as it seemed worse in the main bedroom.

"Great location, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and an excellent shower."

We liked the location - easy 10 minute stroll into Southwold. The layout of the property, the shower was great and the beds very comfortable.

We did not like the blinds - curtains add warmth. Lack of a full length mirror in the hall or bedroom. That we needed to adjust the thermostat on a regular basis to ensure heating was on.
