Stunning ground floor apartment near Southwold

Very comfortable and spacious for 2 people. Good location, close to Southwold. Good facilities in the apartment - all you need for your stay.

I didn't use the car parking space as the entrance was very narrow but there was on-street parking.

Decor....other than personal dislike of vertical blinds

One (part) roll of toilet paper.....we ran out before we had a chance to get more....

The property was amazing and we will definitely book to stay again. The single bedroom was very comfortable

The double bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on but everything else was perfect

Musty/damp smell on returning to house each day

Comfortable, clean and well furnished ground floor flat a stroll away from Southwold and its beach.

Poor sound proofing from upstairs. Could hear walking about and voices from bedroom. A few niggles - garden lawn needing mowing and back gate latch on its way out, broken peddle bin in kitchen..

Good location and well equipped

A bit noisy with neighbours above and next door.

The location was good and the decor was attractive.

The beds, particularly the double bed, was really uncomfortable, others say this too in the guest book. Also the private parking space wasn't any good for us as the entrance was too narrow, with parked vehicles on the road outside and high walls on the pavement.
