The room is spacious, well equipped, clean and friendly staff more especially at the restaurant.

No spacious compound for outdoor activities, the menu is limited and the prices does not demonstrate value for money. DSTV connections disturbs and it has to be done every morning. The restaurant is boring. No bar facilities no gym. Etc.

The hotel room had everything we needed, including a kettle and a microwave. When the microwave went wrong, it was replaced really quickly. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally cleaned by the housekeeping staff even when we had a power cut and there was no lighting in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable to sleep on and the hotel was in a really safe location near Entebbe airport and the UN buidldng. Even though we were close to the airport, we didn't actually find the noise of the aeroplanes taking off, and landing bothered us. There was also great security there too so I felt totally safe. We also enjoyed our daily visits from the local monkeys that pass through using the huge bamboo plants at the side of the hotel too.

I would have preferred a mug to a cup for my morning coffee and to have a couple of dinner plates and some cutlery available too. Otherwise, there were no issues at all. We stayed 3 1/2 weeks, so the extra crockery and cutlery would have been great to use. For a short stay, what was available was perfectly adequate.

The bathroom window was left open. It was full of flies and mosquitos. The water was not hot on arrival so I had to take a cold shower before going to bed.
