Crystal Apartments Entebbe Uganda Next to UN Base

The room was clean. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. The view on the balcony in the restaurant was perfect and very beautiful. The chef was excellent and very helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Location is only a short 10-minute drive from the airport and the driver sent to pick me up waited, even though the flight was late and it took a long time to get out. Front desk staff were very friendly (even late at night!) and showed me to the room, helping to start the A/C so that I could see how it worked. Hot tea with milk, watermelon slices, yogurt, toast and an omelet served for breakfast - brought to my room at the time requested. Bottled water provided by the hotel.

There was no garbage in the bathroom (minor inconvenience). Although they asked what time I wanted breakfast, they did not tell me what the options were (and I was too tired to think about that at the time). It would have been nice to know if there were options, even just to choose how I wanted to have my eggs cooked.

The staff was excellent. The property is very close to the airport and an acceptably short distance from the malls and beach fronts.
