Really enjoyed my stay here definitely will be coming back again the front desk lady was very helpful and kind and great customer service thankyou!

Didnt even provide a chair to sit on in the room or drinking water. Towels were dirty. Room is way too small. The bathroom shower is nice at least, but had weak running water. Stay far away from this hotel. I paid $180 but it was worth only $80.

Didn’t know about the $20 deposit until I got there.

The owners are friendly

Where do I start? There was no parking, sheets were stained they smelled, no blankets it was so cold, the walls so thin we could hear everything, doors opening and closing, people talking, there was this lady talking on the phone at 3 am!!!! in the next room so loud we could hear everything she was saying, I went downstairs to tell reception and a gentleman came with me and told the lady to be quiet, she stopped a few minutes later, then when we were ready to sleep the fire alarm in the room went off, they didn’t change the battery, they don’t do routine inspection of the rooms, I stayed there for 2 more hours and took my daughters and left, it was a nightmare.

When you get your key for your room, you'll also receive a remote for your tv. However, the remote is dirty as heck & it's never wiped down. On that note, the fridge handle is also dirty as heck & it's never wiped down as well. Not to mention there was long strings of hair in the bathroom sink. Also, the lady working there forgot to charge me for my room & said that I should had reminded her to charge me for my room as if it's my responsibility to remind people to charge me. Not to mentioned they have an old fashion card reader & my 2 credit cards wouldn't fit in the slot. So, I had to pay with my debit card, which was something I did not want to do. If you have a late arrival to LAX & is going far east like Pasadena or somewhere south in the morning, then just stay for one night since it's cheap. But do not stay here if you're looking for somewhere to stay for multiple days.
