Star Inn Hotel

They got rude toward the end of the stay didn’t want to give all the despoist back. Because there was a kid thinking the room was going to be destroyed

Took me 15 min to check in. The lady in the reception can't find my reservation, she was very slow and still asked me for $20 cash deposit. Next day, she told me only gave her $10. I parked in the street, because was only 8 parking spots in the "hotel". A least was clean. Neck pain, because the pillows are very hard.

Needs cleaning other then that ohk

The bathroom it was super dirty the floors too they need more cleaning done

It was wonderful I can’t say anything bad I would recommend for anyone traveling

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was in town for the annual Pasadena Home Show and was pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was! Recently remodeled, this cozy motel has 36 rooms that are simple and beautiful. I loved the new hardwood floors,porcelain sink and painted walls. The desk clerk was nice and helpful in answering my questions. Another bonus is it is walking distance to many shops and restaurants and was nice and quiet all night. I will be back next year!😊

Everything was clean and in good working order. Highly recommend!

Literally Every room was dirty, towels, bedsheets, pillows, ect. Literally everything. They had to switch our room 3 times till i finally gave up because i was attending a funeral in the morning.
