Love this

Rude lady at the front desk. Bathroom wasn’t clean no fridge.

Excellent place, inexpensive but clean, safe, and they are always on duty.

You get what you pay for. Not a great room, basically a box with a bed. TV didn’t work, water wasn’t hot. Uncomfy bedspread. Not much good to report from here.

This hotel was very nice newly renovated I definitely recommend and will be staying again and can’t beat the price

The hotel is newly renovated with modern furnishings and exceptionally clean. The owners are very kind! Private parking and plenty of restaurants nearby. Low deposit and extremely affordable rates.

They need to do a better job of sweeping and mopping in the room for sure! They even tried giving me dirty sheets. The original sheets that were on the bed looked used and not clean. Was very ghetto too but thats what you get with dtla. Theres better options for sure.

Pro: Recently updated Con: Noise as there's a bell to notify the staff when people come and go, unfortunately the bell is heard in the rooms.

Ants in the room and the towels were stained. I don’t think they were dirty but never the less I didn’t want to use them so I was short with the ones that were left. When I asked about taro for the ants the woman offered to spray with bleach which I agreed to but it didn’t get rid of them and just stunk up the room. Also some shady characters outside. Ultimately it seemed reasonably clean and updated and I didn’t expect much for the price but it also could have been better. And as much as I tried it was hard to understand the folks who I assume own the place. They seem nice and well intentioned but it’s difficult to understand them. The deposit and rollers cheap tho and it could have been worse.
