Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. Very friendly and helpful host, Alessandro, who helped us bring our luggage up the stone stairs.

The stone steps up to the apartment were challenging. Elderly guests might struggle.

On a tout aimé ! Et on peut en parler puisque nous y sommes restés 3 semaines. Le logement est propre et moderne avec toutes les fonctionnalités dont on a besoin. Le wifi marche très bien. Les literies sont superbes. Le logement est très bien situé, dans un lieu très calme et paisible. Un véritable havre de paix. Et il est facile de rayonner sur cette formidable région de la Sicile baroque puisque les plus belles villes sont globalement situées à moins de 45 minutes en voiture. Modica n'est qu'à 10 minutes et il y a toutes les commodités dont on a besoin (courses, restaurants). Sans oublier le centre historique qui est magique. Les plages les plus proches sont à environ 20 minutes et il est très facile de faire la côte sud. Surtout les propriétaires Alessandro et sa mère Enza sont fantastiques. Ils sont d'une gentillesse incroyable. Ils nous ont fait visiter leur fantastique moulin (ça vaut clairement le détour !). Ils ont toujours été très attentionnés. Bref c'est l'endroit idéal pour rayonner sur cette région et pour sa tranquillité.

Alessandro and his mom are very friendly and helpful hosts. The place was immaculate and is well equipped with everything we needed. The expansive views and terrace added to the feeling of spaciousness. Location is perfect for day trips to many cities and attractions. The on site museum of the old water mill is very interesting and well executed. Definitely recommended.

Nothing we did not like ... but would recommend screens on the windows and a sun umbrella/awning for the terrazzo.
