Good location close to city centre and my place of work.

Beds too soft. Got used to it though. I was mistaken thinking this was an ensuite, but was mistaken. They have ensuite rooms too. Still, this was a minor issues as the second room sharing the bathroom was empty for days. No bike keeping facility. Area rife with bike thieves.

Everything was alright. I recommend. We enjoyed ourselves. We will gladly come back!

Kitchen. Staff very considerate and contacted as necessary

The room was bright, clean and airy, with ample hot water and a nice TV. WiFi was excellent and fast. Free laundry facilities were just down the hall, and a modern kitchen (with fridge) enabled self-catering or just a quiet coffee. I found myself without transport but the housekeeping staff were marvellous, helping me with luggage and even giving me a lift to my next stop. Could not have been nicer.

Room was quite new and so freshly decorated.

Shower did not work. Wasn’t rectified during my 5 night stay. I’d specifically booked this room as it was en-suite and suggested that a partial refund should be given. The host declined this for the reason that they had “only just started” renting out the rooms. The fact that I had to use the shared bathroom and could have instead booked a cheaper non-en-suite room for a cheaper price seemed to be lost on them.
