The interior design is awesome!

The staff is polite and quite quick to respond to requests It was quite clean The bed is quite comfortable (important feature: the bed is hard, but I even liked it) Good Wi-Fi, maybe not super fast, but it covered the basic needs

The pillows are absolutely uncomfortable, too high for me, the first night I used a towel instead of a pillow (the staff delivered a new pillow fairly quickly and there were no problems after that) The location looks good only on the map, keep in mind that to walk to the shops you will have to cross several large roads, without obvious pedestrian crossings, which stretches the 5-10 minute walk to 20-30 It was stated that the view from the window was of the sea and/or the city, instead the view from the window was of the swamp, the only thing missing was Shrek As in most places in Asia, you can forget about soundproofing and just hope that no one will make noise The same goes for air conditioners, it is impossible to sleep with them, and without them it is hot Also, the air conditioners are directed at the beds, because of which you can catch a cold if you leave them on overnight Also keep in mind that if you want to do your laundry, you will have to buy the powder yourself, you won’t find it in your room The door only opens with a password, so you will have to spend 5 minutes each time to enter the room There are no thick curtains, so you won't be able to sleep comfortably in the morning or during the day There is no clothes dryer where you can hang your washed clothes So you have to make do with regular hangers And one of the main disappointments is the shower - It heats up poorly and the hot water does not last long - The hose is quite short, which reduces convenience - There is also no curtain, so after you use the shower, the entire toilet will be in water and you have to wait the whole day for it to dry

Host, Mr yong and colleagues were very responsive in making our stay a memorable one. I definitely recommend Makhota for your holiday break.

No cupboards to place or hang our clothes. Would be good to provide in either room.

5-star location The apartment is situated at a very convenient location. It's about 8-min walk to Mahkota Parade and 10 mins walk to Dataran Pahlawan. Both malls are great for shopping and food. It's about 10-min car ride to A'Farmosa and also Jonker Street and Jalan Bunga Raya. I like that it's convenient but not overly busy. Very easy to get a grab and the security guards are very friendly and helpful as well. Clean and cosy The apartment is spotless and the space is just right for my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenage boys). Very cosy with warm tones, and the view is not too bad. Can see the sea. They enjoyed the carram board a lot. I think that was their highlight. :) Friendly and warm The host and the team managing the property are very responsive and patient. I had a few queries and requests, and they attended to them very swiftly and were very friendly throughout. I had an amazing experience communicating with them. I definitely recommend this place, especially those traveling with small kids. The condo has a pool with slides. There's also a mini mart within the premise. And ample parking space if you are driving there. If you are taking a bus (long distance bus), you will disembark at Hatten Hotel which is about 8 mins walk to the condo. So it's easy.

Really minor things and good to have. 1. Softer pillows. They were a bit too hard and high. Especially for my young child. 2. A floor mat that is cloth so that it can really help keep our feet dry after shower. 3. An additional roll of toilet paper especially when one is staying for a few days. 4. And a hair dryer. That would actually be top of my list. :)

The location really strategic. Near to uptown. Just walk about 10 min then arrive. The room also comfortable & clean. We will suggest to other to book this property as well.
