1. Cleanliness 2. Ease of access 3. Essential items works 4. Fuss free stay 5. Speed of reply from host 6. Location is good.

1. More hanging hooks and supports for hanging of clothes indoor would be good (there was 1 provided indoors but insufficient for 4 adults which is the capacity the apartment can be catered for. Our stay is for 3 adults and it's is not sufficient) 2. More benches or tables to place our bags or items in the room would be good 3. Hooks to hang clothes on the door will be good. The rack further in the toilet is facing the shower and risk getting the clean n dry clothes wet
