"Not happy due to the gap between promised and delivered"

Breakfast and food was satisfactory

The room was very small. I booked 23 Sqm. But the actual size of the room was not more than 11 X 18 feet, (total area) (14 SQm) It is very disappointing. Despite two reminders he had no explanations. It was a waist of money and blot on the image of Booking.com. Ideally you should refund my money. Now you know how it could be better.

This is a brilliant place to be in BANARAS. Mr Devesh was brilliant and took great care of us. There is an in house restaurant, and it is awesome. Makes awesome Indian and Chinese dishes. The hotel staff are very nice and they were of great help at all times. wonderful stay we had and more importantly it is close to all other amenities like Mall, Dress stores and many others I recommend anyone coming to BANARAS for a short or long trip, definitely check this place out

The rates in the restaurant were a little on the higher side however taste was very very good. so it is on individual basis, how you seduce the rate

"Property is good but there is scope for betterment"

Breakfast buffet was monotonous with same food everyday. Location of the hotel is very good.

Lights in the lobby are kept off whole day from midnight till evening. Gyesers do not work at night till early morning and again at midday. Cleaning service, everyday is done around 3pm which is quiet late.
