The hotel is very nice with good restaurant as well as comfortable rooms with all facilities.

Room service could have been better with less response time.

Staff polite and try to be helpful where possible

The rooms are quite shabby and the standards of cleanliness fell far short. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest, congealed room service food from the previous guest was still left outside the room on our arrival (and wasn't removed until we asked), the bed sheets had marks on them, and there was a hair from the previous guest on the toilet seat. The staff were polite and willing to remedy the issues but that didn't redeem the hotel.

This hotel is not worth the money, too costly compared to what they provide.
