Bes Hotel Terme a Palazzago

Fantastic stay!! It all starts with the team - a young and dynamic team who go out of their way to cater to their guests needs. The attention to detail is second to none. We opted to stay here during the Italian F1 race and we were not disappointed. Whilst the distance is greater than staying in Milano, travel time by car and traffic congestion was significantly less. It also gave us easy access to the lakes and Bergamo. The area itself is tranquil and a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the spa facilities. I would be remiss not to mention food - the chef's take on classic local plates were absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, and the flavours came through with each bite. On par with Michelin restaurants without the prices and attitude.

Endroit très calme, dépaysement total. Rapport qualité prix excellent. Personnel très réactif, très gentil. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter du Spa, mais tout avait l'air super ! Piscine très agréable. Petit déjeuner simple mais très bon.

Matelas assez dur et insonorisation pas excellente mais pour le reste rien à signaler.

Ein kleines, aber sehr feines Hotel mit ausgesprochen freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und stimmungsvoll, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Restaurant – hier stimmt wirklich alles. Das Frühstück ist absolut in Ordnung: nicht übermäßig üppig, aber qualitativ sehr gut und vollkommen ausreichend. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den man gerne weiterempfiehlt.
