MYLocation is excellent as it is just few minutes drive away from Desa Dairy Farm and Apaca Club and Kundasang Town. The Janice's Villa balcony is excellent place to have gathering and chit chat at night.
Room considition is still acceptable (with this cost) if you are using just for over night stay. As not many guests stay there so the breakfast is normal. I think the most important thing for Janice's Villa management to look into is the shower hot water issue. By night the temperature is around 10-15 degree. So without hot water (to have hot water you need to turn on water to level 1. Above this level the instant water heater is not powerful and quick enough to warm up the water as the water is freezing cold) it is very difficult to shower especially for those who check-in at night.
