The room was fabulous and very good value for money.

Just the initial confusion of how to access the accommodation! I arrived at the Beach Side but there was no reply from anyone when I rang the doorbell and no information about who to call. After leaving messages with the number from the booking I went to the Lake Side which was a few doors down, and owned by the same people. I rang the number on the door and a chap answered who said he would be with me shortly. I was then told I would be staying at the Lake Side in an upgraded room. I've just checked back on my booking and there was no information regarding the different address.
