comfortable clean quiet place to stay

was not aware tea and coffee was available in the kitchen (non in the room)

My room was good for what l needed,a very good shower water pressure extremely good plus soft water my hair hasn’t looked or felt so good for many years,the bed was super comfortable which important at 65. Considering l was only paying for a room l liked the fact there was also a kitchen & dining room. Derek was professional when booking us in but very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and further afield If asked for anything he would be there with in minutes even if it was to say l will have sorted by tomorrow,but the whole it was done there and then.

Derek would come in every morning and he has a very loud voice,eg when the cleaner was in it sounded like he was upstairs and derek was downstairs shouting instructions up to him. Every door banged when closed,maybe some insulation tape or similar would help,wood on wood will always bang together. Don’t get me wrong he is lovely man and would fall over backwards to help. Wasn’t overly keen on the whole white bedding thing,l don’t understand why hotels put white valance,sheet,pillowcases and duvet cover not very practical when your on and off the beach perhaps it’s just me.
