AUIn a good central location for tourist areas. The staff at the front desk were lovely and the hotel itself is very luxurious and beautiful. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and found it very worth it for our money
Unfortunately it’s always usually just the attitude of one staff member who can bring the energy down. The male staff attendant at the pool was not friendly and seemed annoyed to have us there which dampened the mood a bit and was not up to a standard that we expected from an establishment of this calibre. Otherwise everything else was great!
