Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike — everything was thoughtfully arranged.

L'appartamento del secondo piano è bello e confortevole

La prenotazione fatta si riferiva a un appartamento con una camera. In realtà si trattava di una stanza con bagno sulla terrazza/tetto non corrispondente alle foto pubblicate che erano in realtà di una stanza del secondo piano. Ho chiesto al proprietario se era possibile cambiare appartamento e mi è stato offerto quello del secondo piano passando ( 4 notti) da una spesa di RPI 8.500 a RPI 22.500. Altra mancanza enorme è il funzionamento della WiFi instabile e lentissima pur essendo con collegamento in fibra. Il problema non è stato risolto dal proprietario, che si è presentato solo il giorno del pagamento cash. Infine la vista mare è un'altra affermazione discutibile.

Location was walkable to the beach. It's generally clean, but too many mosquitoes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Discovered Instamart and Blinkit and used em for the first time to get essentials like milk, coffee, bread, cereal and mosquito repellent.. wish a small batch of them were provided to us on day 1 when we had no idea of Instamart. Anyhow it's good overall.

The fridge did not work, on the other hand I didn’t report it.

The booking process was fantastic when Mr. srinivas coordinated without delay and professionally. The location is awesome- a walking distance from RK Beach, novotel, Welcome group hotels and Inox Varun (we went for a movie and walked back in 3 minutes) The 3BHK apartment was clean and welcoming on arrival. Mr Appa Rao, the caretaker and his family live on the premises and are available for any need. No toilteries or towels are provided on default but i guess you need to ask. Nearly full fledged kitchen, refrigerator and a washing machine which we used and was working well. You can order food from any nearby restaurant and they deliver within about 20 minutes.

Not so much as dislike, but the bedsheets and blankets could be more comfortable.
