The Meeker Park Lodge

Hostess was very nice. Lodge is original 100 yr plus. Front porches above and below are huge and nostalgic . Very nice new owners. Understand in process of renewal.

Beds were terrible. Cheap mattresses. (I did finally sleep and dreamt that I pulled the pad off to find exposed bare springs). I went from the larger bed to the smaller. Same problem. Felt springs digging into me when I turned. I am not a large person. I did pull back the pad to find feather weight mattresses. Suggest this important change***decent beds= good sleep The room was missing a water glass. Taking my pills was a challenge. There is no night staff? to ask.

Gorgeous location, very clean room, clean sheets/beds and towels. After-hours entry clearly explained.

Stairways narrow and difficult to ascend

Nothing.

Requested to cancel for free but was declined, Which is not a problem but Booking informed me the booking remains valid so I decided to travel to hotel anyway as to not pay for nothing. Arrived at hotel, No key, no staff, no chance of contacting anyone. Charged for room. Had to drive to Estes Park and pay again another hotel for a room.

Posizione molto bella nella natura. Struttura rustica molto bella

Mi hanno dato poche indicazioni frettolose sui più vicini ristoranti...il più vicino aperto dopo le 19 ho scoperto essere a 9 miglia... forse l'attenzione al cliente alla reception poteva essere maggiore. Inoltre nella notte non c'è nessun referente della struttura e non viene lasciato alcun recapito per le emergenze.

Niets

De geboekte kamer niet gekregen, overal haren op het bed (niet de onze) en vuiligheid in het bed , zeer lawaaierig, geen personeel voor 9u aanwezig en niet echt vriendelijk. De badkamer met verhoogde wc niet handig, ben serieus ten val gekomen.
