PG Quality Inn

Location

I paid for 4 nights, but I spent one night due to an emergency. I had to return to the United States the next morning. The staffs were informed about my situation, and they informed me that I will be charged one night, and the general manager will give me a refund on the 21st of December 2023 for the remaining 3 nights that I paid for. I am still waiting, and no one reached out to me about my refund.

Quiet rooms on the back. Comfortable bed.

AC should run longer as it was so hot in Georgetown. Too small and basic breakfast.

EXTREMELY LOUD music playing - towels had bad smell - too many names for the property - PG Quality Inn/Quality Inn/Hotel Princess Raven

Decent location within walking distance of main attractions markets etc. Basic breakfast but good with attentive waitress Front desk staff were always helpful especially helpful resolving payment issue at late check in after midnight

The room was ok, the breakfast was great, you can go up n bring it back to your room.

The reception was acid, I even asked her if she was having a rough day, to which there was no reply, didn't even crack a smile. The internet suck and there's no phone in the room. The toilet and bath is separate, the sink is by the bed.

Staff was very friendly and willing to assist. Breakfast was tasty

The neighborhood was a bit noisy
