The staff was very courteous and helpful

A microwave would have been more appreciated than a hair dryer

The Hotel is in a good location and very secure. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Hotel is able to arrange pick up and drop off from and to airport. They can also arrange car hire at very competitive prices. All in all a good deal, I would stay there again.

Hotel is in a bad area (according to their own manager, so it's not my opinion), they keep shutting air conditioner off, whenever you step out of premises, the wifi also keeps shutting off as it's operated by code, everything you enter and exit the premises someone has to let you in and out and hot water doesn't work properly. The staff really don't seem much bothered with keeping the customer happy, even at check out time, they were in a rush for me to get out, because their cleaning lady was in a hurry to leave. And this place while not expensive is certainly not super cheap. Very poor value overall.

The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere around the hotel was very refreshing The team were very responsive and prompt with solutions when presented with a query. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would definitely reccomend to solo travellers. Ms. Singh was especially commendable with handling my requests. Thankyou!

A few aspects of the the facilities were sub-par but not extreme. Toilets seem to be the rigourously used and can use some repairs to flusing mechanism and seating.

Room and equipments was in working condition

First of all they charged more than the booking amount.. breakfast was too minimal ..
