Le Life Resort

View and nature was lovely - the rest was quite a let down. Should be updated photos of actual set up. No WIFI, local supermarket/food options outside of accommodation. No AC/ fan was poor so had to get an additional fan to mitigate stuffiness of room.

Far better value to do excursions direct through locals than through resort. Should not be called resort, campground is better suited and bungalows are 'cabins' NO WIFI POOR SIGNAL CONNECTION Average food - not great value

It is a really beautiful location and staff were friendly.

A lot of the facilities mentioned on the website aren’t actually available/didn’t exist. Only a temporary kitchen running at the moment with limited options. But the main issue was that the bungalow was pretty filthy; droppings on the floor (there was a mouse that decided to visit!!), mould on the pillows, linen was stained, no screens on our windows so a lot of moths and geckos present. Our room wasn’t cleaned whilst we were there (the website mentions a daily room service/clean). Should also be aware that power will flick off pretty regularly, which also means no running water until it comes back on (usually isn’t for too long though). The website/booking listing should be updated to reflect the current state of the affairs.

rundown and not like the pictures, however they are still recovering from a cyclone and they are busy constructing a new restaurant and were digging out a new beach which was just startign to look good the day we left so you have to keep this in mind. When it is finished I think it will be amazing. The website makes you believe the resort is full of life but it was very empty while we were there and most of what they say they have on their website is not available due to loosing a lot in the cylclones. wifi is only availble in the reception area. our kids had no hot water the 5 nights we stayed despite asking every day for a new gas bottle. The owner was very accomadating when after the first night we asked to changed rooms as the bed was so uncomfartable and right away this was not a problem. We didnt eat much at the resort as it was expensive but the packed lunch they made us for an island trip was amazign and the free breakfast was lovely and always well presented by friendly staff.

no hot water. facilties and equipment run down if at all available. the 3 hour kyak tour was a bit of a joke, a short 10 min paddle then a very dangerous walk over slippery jaggered rocks to what was suppose to be a waterfall, we were told it was too far to walk to the waterfall that we were told about and that this is where we would be stopping for a swim before heading back. If bookign any tours here I would reccomend getting a full rundown on what the tour actually is before booking and paying.

Fantastic place and people, food was very good, staff brilliant friendly and helpful. Falling asleep with the sounds of the ocean, and opening up the big doors of the bungalow in the morning to have the sun shining in over the ocean was perfect.
