MYMYLoved everything other than one
The toilet was clogged and the flush pressure wasn't the best. A nightmare when its 9 people.
MYMYThe self check in/out process was simple and easy. The 3 bedrooms have queen size beds each but mattresses were slightly on a stiffer side which isn't a biggie. The kitchen facilities were adequate for meal prep especially breakfast. Good shower water pressure. Nice infinity pool on the 22nd floor.
The living room AC works intermittently blowing out cool air but after a while turned into a fan. The TV's YouTube channels lags. The ramps heading in and out of the building can be narrow especially if you're driving big cars. The hallways can be really warm due to ac compressors.

MYThe unit is spacious, big dining table
No WiFi hence no TV programme available at all, contacted customer service but WiFi was not available till we checked out. Air conditioner at the living room isn't working properly, we still feel warm after hours of air-conditioning at lowest temperature. Bathrooms were not very clean, can see black lines between tiles. Dusty bedsheets and furnitures. Loose door knob fell off from the middle bedroom and broken rack in the master room.
