تم الغاء حجزي بدون وجه حق بعد ان تم سحب كامل المبلغ علمآ بانني كنت متوجها للمكان ولكن للأسف تم ابلاغي بانه قد تم الغاء الحجز ولا أعلم لماذا ، ولذلك ارجو إعادة مبلغ الالغاء حيث لم أكن انا المسؤل عن ذلك الالغاء ولكم جزيل الشكر

The space was spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained. Katty, the Manager, deserves the highest praise. She was incredibly helpful, highly organized, and efficient, having everything fully under control. She even helped us choose and book local activities.

The only minor issue we experienced was that the air conditioning was out of service during our stay, due to maintenance. Fortunately, the autumn weather was mild, with temperatures around 24°C, which meant this was not a major inconvenience. Having a functioning A/C would have been preferred, as we generally like the room to be quite cool. Also it would have been very helpful to have an ironing board/station available in the apartment.

Exceptionally clean, spacious and well equipped. Bed was super comfortable. Excellent communication from Katty the manager throughout my stay. I left my AirPods in the accommodation and went out of her way to meet me to pass back. Nothing was too much trouble and was friendly and welcoming. I loved the location as it wasn’t far from various things. The big supermarket, the Sous, the two bus stations and the beach. I used the bus to take a few day trips into Tamraght. There is more to see than just Agadir (but loved it there also!). The Moroccan’s are friendly and helpful. Lovely people.

The appartament was very modern,clean with everthing what you need available ( air conditioning,washing machine,fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle,towels etc) a very big balcony which was very important for our stay and the location manager Ms Katy was very helpful with every question we had all the time,chatty and a very welcome person always happy to given advice about everything you need to know about Agadir, locations to visit,attractions for all ages ,we was very happy with all interaction we had with her and happy always to comeback and hopefully she will still be the manager.( she was offered to picking us and drop us off from and to airport and not only,when we need a drop off somewhere she was willing to help if she had time) 😊😊

Super séjour passé à Agadir La propriétaire et manager sont restés très disponibles tout au long du séjour et egalement très arrangeantes Egalement le logement est conforme aux attentes, propre, bien situé, et avec tout les équipements nécessaires. N’hésitez pas je recommande à 100%

Seul petit point négatif, l’immeuble manque d’isolation, mais très peu dérangeant car la résidence est très calme

J’ai eu la chance de séjourner dans cet appartement magnifique lors d’un voyage d’affaires, et je dois dire que tout était au rendez-vous. L’appartement est très bien agencé, chaleureux et décoré avec goût. Le lit est incroyablement confortable, parfait pour se reposer après une longue journée. Tout est équipé, rien ne manque, et la propreté est irréprochable 🧼. Ce qui m’a particulièrement plu, c’est le calme : aucun bruit de voisinage, une tranquillité rare qui permet de vraiment se détendre. Et que dire de la piscine… un vrai havre de paix pour se relaxer sous le soleil marocain 🌞. L’emplacement est idéal : à quelques pas d’un boulevard animé avec de nombreux restaurants, et tout près du célèbre Souk El Had, le plus grand marché d’Afrique, parfait pour découvrir les saveurs et couleurs locales 🛍️. Je recommande vivement cet appartement, que ce soit pour un séjour professionnel ou pour des vacances. Une vraie pépite à Agadir !

Séjour août 2025: À notre arrivée on paye des frais de plus pour un adulte (le quatrième) de plus alors que c’est pas un hôtel c’est un appartement pour 4 adultes. qui a passé juste une nuit quand j’ai demandé le remboursement elle a ignoré mon message. 200€ de caution c’est vraiment bcp. La piscine était fermée il y a plus de 3 semaines et la propriétaire m’informe de cela le jour de mon arrivée alors que j’étais avec un petit garçon sachant qu’elle m’as parlé il y a 3 jrs en me disant que vous allez trouver vos bracelets, je trouve que ce n’est pas honnête. Deux placard sont fermés a clés, ils ne mettent pas les draps plats alors que le séjour était en plein août. Il fallait demander et insister pour les avoir. Peut être qu’il faut faire confiance aux voyageurs. Sachant qu’on a laissé l’appartement très propre.
