The apartment is in the center of the town within easy reach of supermarkets, shops and takeaways. Its not as busy as the 'medina' part of Agadir - Talborjt, nor as touristy as the seaside area. However, ten Dirhams (just under a quid) gets you a petit taxi (yellow ones) just about anywhere in town. There are plenty of them!

There is some construction of more apartments nearby, but not noisy. It hasn't rained in Agadir since 2020, so there's some dust - but that probably goes for the whole town tbh.

beautiful spacious apartment tastefully designed. very comfortable beds. well equipped kitchen. very handy having a washing machine. nice large balcony, sun in the morning to around 2pm location where apartment is positioned, there's nothing much around, apart from a very nice bakery. Town is about 15 minutes walk not too bad.

pool was closed for maintenance bit disappointing, but to be fair on the facilities it does say seasonal. noise from construction work near by when sitting out on balcony, but that's obviously out of owners control.

This is a nice modern apartment and huge in size. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large balcony, a full fledged kitchen. Its perfect for longer stays as well. The owner was helpful and communicative. Agadir beach is about 35 minutes walk or a 3/4 Euros taxi ride. The famous Souk El Had is 15-20 minutes and CTM bus station is 30 minutes walk. There are a few coffee shops/local eateries close by. The internet is better than in other places in Morocco even though you would still be disappointed if you are used to the Fibre Optic speeds of Europe. For casual use its more than enough but I am talking about if you have to work. Unless you want to be right on the beach, I would definitely recommend this apartment. Pro Tip: If you do need to work in Agadir, head to Cafe L'Annexe (20-25 minutes walk from this apartment) which is perfect for the purpose.

There was no iron/ironing board (or at least I couldn't find it). I didn't ask the owner because I managed without but iron is a necessity so it should be provided by default.
