Il bagno potrebbe essere migliorato

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my recent stay this hotel When I arrived at the property, there was no staff available at the reception. The internet connection was extremely poor, there was no hot water during the night, and the room had neither proper lighting nor a window. These conditions were far below the standards advertised on your platform and caused significant inconvenience during my stay. I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken, including a refund or compensation for the unacceptable experience. Thank you for your attention.

Der Empfang war wirklich freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich mitten im Zentrum!

Das Bad ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise erkennt man den Schimmel an den Wänden.

L'appartamento ha un'ottima posizione dentro le mura della città vecchia comodo a tutto. Lo spazio esterno è molto carino, ampio e ombreggiato.

L'appartamento è trascurato sarebbe da rivedere, soprattutto il bagno e la pulizia non è un granchè

La Struttura non è assolutamente attinente alle foto caricate su Booking. Sporca,millantano questa fantomatica pulizia giornaliera ma in due settimane ci hanno cambiato una volta le lenzuola e gli asciugamani e un’altra solo su richiesta e sono parsi particolarmente scocciati.moscerini ovunque,ragni ovunque,polvere ovunque,tende da avere paura a scontrarle da quanto erano sporche…ma questo è il meno in realtà…letto e cuscini scomodissimi…il bagno non era praticabile,piccolo,fatiscente pieno di muffa sulle pareti (anche se a loro dire,una volta fatto presente l’odore insostenibile,non era muffa ma il tipico odore delle case con i mattoni 🤣)..quando si apriva la porta eravamo costretti a lasciare il portone principale che dà sulla strada aperto per far passare l’odore nauseabondo che ne usciva,il water perdeva acqua di continuo lasciando sempre il pavimento bagnato e quindi pericoloso…il box doccia minuscolo,vecchio sporco e marcio …angolo cottura inesistente!bollitore inutilizzabile in quanto aveva tutti i fili elettrici scoperti e non era una bella idea usarlo visto che perdeva anche acqua dal fondo…abbiamo avuto la compagnia di SCARAFAGGI che ci hanno reso il soggiorno particolarmente agitato…siamo una coppia giovane che si adatta molto ma è la prima volta che davvero abbiamo fatto tanta fatica!…soggiorno AGGHIACCIANTE!NON VENITE ASSOLUTAMENTE PRESSO QUESTA STRUTTURA!

C’était un peu cher pour ne pas avoir d’eau chaude dans la douche le matin

If you need a place for one night, like we did, it's enough. The crib for our baby and our bed were very comfortable. It's centric and close to one of the exits of the Old Town.

The apartment in the basement that we got was, humid, dark and stuffy. There was no way to stay there without a/c, hopefully it worked fine for the night. But as soon as you left the apartment, the a/c was turned off and it was hard when coming back. If you plan to stay longer than one night, this is not the place unless you just go to shower and sleep.
