I didn’t. They booked two stays and I was sent away by the family in there.

They double booked the property i was left stranded

Extremely dangerous upstairs windows with no locks, back yard gate did not even close, mould all over bathroom, toilet not fitted properly, cistern attached to wall with wood & expanding foam, dangerous sharp metal pieces sticking out of doors, wifi barely worked the tv, if even a phone was connected tv would not work. Disgraceful communication by host, either gave sarcastic answers or totally ignored concerns. Absolutely zero attempt made to fix anything.

kitchen and bathroom need some improverments shower leaks bad, back of toilet attached with bit of wood and ecpanding foam and grubby in places kitchen fridge very old oven top gas ring missing and only 2 work some pots and pans past there best No wheeley bins to put rubbish in communication with owner was awful never replied to amy questions had to ring booking .com who then emailed him for him to reply to me also over hour after agreed check in someone knocked on door to come and make beds there was no bin bag .toilet roll when we arrived went to shop to buy some

Kitchen and power shower

Beds were very uncomfortable new ones are needed

Initial communication was good. No replies to any during or after stay unfortunately. Clean bedding.

Very mouldy shower. Cobwebs and dead insects in most corners of the rooms. At least 5 or 6 chewing gums trod into the downstairs carpets. Filthy walls. Stair rail a disgrace. All beds broken in some way.

The location is easy to get to from the station. The house had all we needed for a short stay while visiting Alton Towers. It was clean and, though there is room for some improvements, would say it is great value for money and a nice convenient place to stay! Thanks!

The shower head needs replacing. Some added cushions on the sofas would make the living space a bit comfier!

Mattresses need a wee upgrade but apart from that it was fantastic
