"Des incohérences entre le descriptif et la réalité"

A aimé · Nous avons apprécié les consignes claires pour récupérer les clés de l’appartement, ce qui a facilité notre arrivée. Nous avons apprécié également la réactivité suite à une panne WIFI non fonctionnel à notre arrivée, indispensable pour notre séjour.

En revanche, plusieurs éléments du descriptif ne correspondaient pas à la réalité : Le sèche-linge, annoncé comme absent, nous a gravement manqué pendant notre séjour. Le parking est présenté comme privé, alors qu’il s’agit en réalité d’un parking collectif sans place attitrée pour les locataires. Résultat : nous avons trouvé, au petit matin, des mots désagréables sur notre voiture, laissés par des résidents mécontents, bien que nous ayons scrupuleusement suivi les consignes du loueur. Ces imprécisions ont gâché une partie de notre expérience et auraient pu être évitées avec une description plus transparente.
