Really comfy, everything you need including Thomas hardy books and guide books!

Maybe more separation from upstairs and downstairs light source if I really had to thi k of dk something.

We had a great stay at Magnolia. The location was perfect for an outdoors trip - in a quiet spot within walking distance on the pleasant river path to Wareham and at the gateway to many hiking routes and nature reserves. Richard was a great host, going above and beyond with communication before and during our stay. The property is well equipped with a full kitchen, seating areas and TV. Everything was clean, tidy and well-maintained, and we had everything we needed. We didn't get chance to use the bikes on offer but we really appreciated the availability. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was in good condition. We'd definitely stay again.

Everything was clean but there was some evidence of previous pets (a few hairs here and there on the sofa) as this is a pet-friendly property - not an issue for us, but could be for someone with a dog allergy. The good value price is reflective of the studio layout downstairs.

Very nice, well equipped, comfy apartment, excellent for family stay especially 2+2 or 2+1, kids sleeping upstairs and adults have peace of mind downstairs. Very good communication with host. Hassle-free check-in and check-out.

"Lovely few days away. Scenery was stunning. Nice location."

Property was warm and cosy. Kitchen recycling. Good location with easy access to the beach, countryside and tourist spots. Close to basic amenities, shops etc. Was very quiet day and night.

Could do with a few more bits in the kitchen - pyrex dishes, roasting tins etc. Would've liked more room downstairs to chill - a big comfy sofa and a bigger TV. Upstairs space was wasted for us.
