Magnolia Passageway to the Jurassic Coast.

The property was as advertised, great location, clean and modern. Great parking area with gated driveway which felt safe. Nice garden area for the dog which was secure.

The property is very central to a lovely little town lovely pubs ect in 10 minutes walk. The property was clean and comfortable.

Could do with double bed up stairs but not a massive issue and bigger than for the kids to watch.

Richard is a polite pleasant guy and he offered to take us to the train station if we left with him at a certain time, he allowed us to leave out luggage under the garage lean to when we vacated the property at 10am .the cleaner and Richard were standing at the door at 0955 whilst we scrambled to get out. thats fair enough but we felt pressured for sure.the property is clean.

Breakfast was not provided. The location is very difficult to find and the accommodation is a converted garage amongst a very busy set of different units /houses and other accommodation lets. There is a garage in front of the converted unit that we had rented and a house to the left and workshops back and generally a lot of activity .People coming and going in cars and business vans and proprietors easily able to peer through a line of eye height windows so one feels very overlooked with not much privacy. Theres some kind of business running from the same location It is not a peaceful experience. The advertisement offered free bike rental when we booked which was the clincher because we were on foot but on arrival we were told there was a rental cost- my friend queried this but the proprietor would not honour the advert. on the final day I had no option but to ask to rent them and Richard said we didnt need to pay for the rental, if it was just for a couple of hours One bike was fine but the other was literally a deathtrap-there were no brakes ( we weren't told of this) and the chain kept slipping, it was rusty and not really usable, no bike helmets were available. There was no washing machine and when I asked I was told they don't provide a washing machine ( we werent offered an alternative option.) The bathroom is very pokey indeed directly onto the main room ( no corridor so therefore no privacy when in the bathroom ( yes there is a door on it but you get the drift I'm sure) there's a double bed in the main room and a sofa squeezed into the space at end of bed so the double bed is part of the open space with the little table and kitchen all part of the same room, upstairs is better with 2 single beds in an attic type 2nd floor. I would say its obvious its a converted large garage or if it isnt it is very bizarre. Its very expensive for what it is. Im sorry but I honestly cannot recommend this place.

The property was perfect. It was in the right location and had everything we needed. It was very well presented. Richard the owner was also very friendly and helpful.

Everything. Everything there you need. Liked the seated area outside, even though it didn't get much of the sun.

Everything was fine but if I really had to pick something it would be the curtains. They could be black out curtains. The sun went straight through them and woke us up early each day. It's not a complaint though. Just we have them at home. Everything was great

The property is decorated simply but comfortably and we had everything we needed. Check in and out was made very easy. The location is also wonderful for sightseeing!
