Nothing much.

The location is not appropriate. Outside room do smell bad. The room is inside festive walk where there’s less people. It’s not worth of money.

It says sound proof but I can literally hear people taking outside the unit, not to mention it is located in the shop lots with a lot of pubs nearby. The music from the pubs are loud enough to interrupt me from sleeping. There was a smell in the unit but the fact that the manager offers a change unit makes it alright for me.

I love the interior. I love the bathroom and bathtub (eventho the bathtub was making sound a lil bit when i filled it with water, quite scary 😅)

Except there are few things i think can be improved for a better experience: 1. Make it a lil bit more soundproof esp at the door cause the noise and the smell from shop beside can get into the room and make us feel suffocated. 2. ⁠The bedsheet need to be changed every time a new customer coming in. The bedsheet we got have got dirty marks, stained and it seems like it wasn’t changed. 3. ⁠The tv cannot be watched. It was so slow and lagging and cannot be watched at all. 4. ⁠please keep the customer informed so that the customer don’t get anxious in the unknown. When you kicked me out of the group without any response to my question, it doesn’t feel right and good.

😡It’s very hard to take your deposit back.

Noisy neighborhood, ppl singing till 2-3am…. No soundproof design Direction to hotel room not clear Keep the deposit for couple weeks, without chasing them they just act like forgot…

Just opposite of rubbish disposal point. Outside walkway was not hygiene. Dogs are straying around. Noisy with karaoke and heavy music sound at night. To enter the room using pass code but the system is not favourable as quite unuser friendly. For emergency it's not going to help at all! Overall not worth for money as the deposit also requested to be paid for 150 bucks and only promised to be refunded 1-2 days time. Overall not appropriate lodging.
