The Label Suites Ipoh

Nicely renovated. Location was near eateries and massage outlet within a mall.

This is not a “boutique hotel”. I’m shocked to find the room which was converted from a shop front within a mall. Doubtful if this is even legal and safe for us. Cannot even open windows (as people can climb in easily). Noise from neighbouring shops (KTV Pubs) was horrible. No sound proof and lasted late into the night! Definitely not family friendly place. Deposit payment was a hassle as owners are not there and hence no cash nor check-in service. Payment has to be made via local bank which is troublesome as we are tourists. Found a pile of used towels on sofa upon arrival though it was supposedly a ready room for us. Distance is far away from old Ipoh town. Gotta drive there to find better good food.

There is a pub banging the music until 5 am. Since when was the baths bomb were free? Drunken ppl outside. The room was nice.wifi socks.

At first I thought it has ktv but in small room doesn’t. Additionally, the suites is hard to find，don’t have the signboard and the room just like the empty shop house. Outside the room is all shop with very poor sound insulation. At last I book another hotel to stay.

The sound proof is bad, outside the room and next door chit chat can be heard clearly. Water heaters wait long for heat up. Privacy and security are concerned, mid night someone trying accesses the room password lock and lucky nothing happened.

Spacious with karaoke entertainment .

Climbing the stairs to level 2 with luggage. Bathroom could do with some upgrades.
