Very Rural, peaceful location. Beautiful countryside views amongst nature but access to other villages and seaside resorts within easy reach by car. Accommodation exceeded my expectations that it was bigger than I thought it likely to be which was a bonus. An extremely comfortable place to unwind as it was so very quiet. The private garden is a nice place to sit out and relax in.

Perhaps an upgrade on more comfortable chairs outdoors if looking to be seated outside for longer.

The property had everything we needed and was convenient for our visit to relatives in Badingham. It was in a lovely quiet location.

The bed was a little too soft for our personal preference.
