Glacier's Edge Cabins

The cabin is beautiful, just like the pictures. It is beautifully decorated, and I loved the wood ceiling. The bed was quite comfortable and everything was just perfect. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, dishes, pots/pans, and small appliances such as a toaster and coffee pot (including coffee and even sugar). The cabin appears brand new, very clean, and well taken care of. I appreciated the recommendations they posted on their well crafted website. When I asked a question of the host,, the response was super quick.

The only thing I was bummed about was the proximity to the highway. It wouldn't prevent me from staying here again, I just thought it was more "in the country" from looking at the pictures.

The only slight thing that I didn't like is that, for the price, asking you to strip your own beds at the end of the stay seems a bit much. I don't mind taking trash out etc as I agree with this, but stripping the beds, when you're already paying hundreds of dollars seems a bit excessive.

A cute, one-room, cabin that had all the amenities and was only a 15 minute car ride to the West Glacier park entrance. It was also only a few minutes from the restaurants and grocery stores of Columbia Falls. Perfectly positioned for maximum convenience. Would definitely book again.

I like a firm bed and the bed was too soft. Also, you could hear traffic outside, but it was not bad during sleeping hours.

We liked that we were able to prepare breakfast for ourselves in the cabin to save some money while traveling; we liked that there was a shower; and that the cabin was located near Glacier Nat’l Park.

We didn’t like that our cabin (#A) was positioned on the corner of a major highway. It was always noisy - even with the windows closed. The A/C was loud also - and we had to choose between the A/C or hair dryer, flat iron etc because the plug for the A/C uses the one outlet near the sink. There are gaps between the A/C and the panel used to cover the window and we found yellow jackets or bees in the cabin on two occasions. The bathroom fan was also very noisy; the switch for the combo light/fan can only be turned on from the outside - so if you are traveling with someone and have to use the toilet in the middle of the night, there is no way around not waking the other person…Finally, the shower curtain looks as though it hasn’t been washed in months. We felt the description was misleading as it stated, “one bedroom, one bathroom” — there is one bathroom, and then everything else. It’s more of a studio with a bed.

Very clean and decor is spot on! They have thought of everything! I would highly recommend.
