Glacier's Edge Cabins

The location was convenient to many things. The cabin was spacious, cute, and had everything we needed. This was honestly the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in! I would highly recommend!

The downside to it being so conveniently located is that it is close to a busy road, so there is some road noise, but I just used my “white noise” phone app, and all was good!

The cabins are in a perfect location between the Glacier entrance and Columbia Falls/Whitefish. Laundry facilities are golden and we definitely took advantage of it. Starbucks across the street is a bonus.The hosts leave bug and bear spray for our convenience.

Use GPS because the location has no signage.

It was hard to find in the pitch black when we arrived without a sign outside on the road.

The cabin was very cozy. It was the perfect size for a couple. We were able to have our coffee and breakfast in the morning before heading out for the day. I love the seating at the counter, which was an added bonus. The location to the park is just a short drive. The amenities are perfect. The host is pleasant and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

The only issue we had was with the heater. It wouldn't come on. Forest came to look at it and brought over a space heater that worked perfectly.

There was no breakfast provided the location was too close to a busy highway, so it was very loud in the cabin till late at night.

Could’ve been quieter location

This little space was designed absolutely beautifully. Every detail was clearly thought out with the guest in mind and built with quality materials. They provided lots of little luxuries as well, such as nice plush towels and locally roasted coffee. After camping a few nights in Glacier, I appreciated the use of a washer and dryer in a spotless laundry room. The location is near Glacier and other little towns around that are fun to explore. I highly recommend this lovely little cabin!

It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The owners have done an excellent job using the space. Nice extras such as bug and bear sprays, and a folder full pamphlets for area activities. The shower pressure and hot water were excellent and the bed was comfortable. Good wi-fi. It even came back on quickly after an outage cause by an intense storm. It is nice to be able to park right outside the door. The smart TV provided all of the TV we needed. Good communication from the owners.

None of these things are deal-breakers, and we would stay again, but travelers need to know that the cabin (ours, Cabin A, in particular) is very close to a busy multi-lane highway. Not only that, but there is a stoplight right there, so vehicles are revving their engines to make it through the stoplight, or starting up after being stopped at the light. Thankfully, we travel with ear plugs. Also, travelers need to know that even though the description says it is a one bedroom cabin, it is actually a studio, with the bed in the main living area. And travelers should be prepared that the refrigerator is dorm-sized (the stove and microwave are full-sized). The entry road is difficult to find, so arrive during daylight hours.

It was too close to the highway and was very noisy with traffic all night If you leave the a/c on all night it is quieter
