Walking distance to some facilities like, for example, Walmart, so if you need food .Things like you want to bring to the beach or pool . The facilities are near by walking that you don't need to take your vehicle. At first, I thought that my balcony was not overlooking the Gulf . But the way the building and the balconies are situated it had that effect. It's great to have the building and the balconies over looking the Gulf.

We had some difficulty getting into the room and the property personnel were of no help whatsoever. Once in everything way okay.

The bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable and no matter where on the mattress you slept we found ourselves rolling toward the center of the bed. A new mattress would improve that. Also the swimming pool hours should be changed. We wanted to swim at 9:30 but it didn't open till 10:00.

Great location , 3 minutes walk to the beach , 2 minutes from the Walmart, pool , hot tub , parking at the location, nice apartment with ocean view.

The property was at a great location. Very Clean and well kept. Perfect view to the beach. Secure and the owner was quick at responding to any messages. I would highly recommend and will probably be back to stay in this same condo.

Excellent location and value for the price! The condo was cute and met all our needs. We enjoyed having the choice of 2 pools, and we loved being able to easily walk to the beach. The owner was also wonderful with communication. BONUS: This condo is on the top floor, so we didn't have to deal with noisy neighbors above.

The property has elevators, which is great... but they were old and super slow. We took the stairs most of the time, but that was exhausting in the heat.

location was excellent. front desk helpful.

Elevator did not work properly. being on third floor was a hassel.

The pool was great & the closeness to beach, shopping & restaurants was great.

There was no handicap entrance for check in. The girl at front desk was rude.
