location and premises

the. housekeepers did a poor job of cleaning. on a positive note I was reimbursed for cleaning fees as I had to mope the floors and the bathroom rugs had to mop and clean coffee pot and use a towel for bathroom rugs as they were nasty. the mini stove. was dirty as well. we did not use it.
