"Average exp erience overall"

It was good value for the purpose of our short trip. There was all that we needed to cook a simple meal.

The bedding wasn't great and the studio was not as clean as expected.

Easy to find, parking available and bed was comfortable enough.

Very small, shower did not work well, the apartment was not perfectly clean and had some disrepair. It was also not quiet at all, could hear people in the other apartment arguing all evening even with all doors closed, not at all soundproof or comfortable

Location, very helpful and friendly neighbourhood, Escorted etc right next door, flat is tiny but main kitchen living has plenty of room. Nice shower etc set up. Hot water!

Toaster shorted out, no response to requests for replacement. Only one glass! Need notes on how to run the heaters. Odd minor cleaning glitches in bathroom corners.

It had somewhere to park and key code good for security. Bathroom and kitchen was clean

Not a very clean area. Mattress was very uncomfortable and base of bed very dirty

The apartment was okay but the sofa bed and chairs were quite dirty. The shower system was complicated and quite narrow to enter was inconvenient to take shower, the towels were musky and smelled but overall it was okay.The kitchen was good and offered everything you need to cook..

"An apauling experience"

Nothing I was unable to gain entry due to code not working

Arrived at property tried to drive down back of property down a overgrown back alley to try and find rear parking spot but there were no numbers on any back of the rundown back gates just overgrown brambles which scratched both sides of my car ended up parking in side street then walked to front of property front door unable to gain access due to code not working even with the help of Ali the agent via phone call I tried a few times and told Ali I am giving up and found a local Travelodge at a cost of ÂŁ80 I was totally stressed out by this apauling experience and please I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK
